Since 2007, after more than 20 years of experience, we started selling pond products and related items online and with great success! This is something we are and remain very proud of. But only through good service, fast delivery and competitive prices can we maintain this success. Both at home and abroad. 

With an experience of early 90's we can give you a very professional advice. You can always ask questions without any obligation, it only takes a phone call or you can send us an e-mail. We handle the e-mail daily and you will always get a feedback from us. If you don't get a response from us within 24 hours, please give us a call because your mail may have been blocked by a spam filter or not arrived for some other reason.

We always want our customers to be satisfied and are constantly striving to take our service to the next level. If you have any suggestions, please feel free to let us know.

Over the years, we have provided thousands of customers with their orders. To view customer satisfaction, we do not have our own section on the site where reviews can be edited.

Fast deliveries:
Because we have a very large stock we can always deliver the products ordered very quickly. We work together with PostNL (transport service) who can deliver your order very fast due to the large network they have. So also all deliveries after departure are 99 of 100 times delivered within 24 hours in the Netherlands and Belgium despite the delivery obligation of 48 hours!  It can also happen that something is not in stock, which then must be ordered from a supplier or manufacturer. These can also deliver very quickly, which is why we will always keep delivery times short.

Sharp prices:
Because we buy in bulk we can make AND keep the prices attractive and without extra costs! All prices listed on the website are including VAT. Also look regularly at the offers on the site or special action weeks!

Service with a big S:
We not only offer great service during the purchase but also after the purchase you are still entitled to our unique service. If there is a problem with a product you bought we will always work with you to find the best solution.
